- do play them this tape by the way - they know you deliberately do things to
provoke me into making these sort of phone calls so that you can go and
complain. Well I'm phoning you at work, erm, I phoned you at Thus plc, at Demon
if they've switched me through to private number that's there problem and not
mine. Erm, essentially, you are making my life hell you know what you people are
doing, you are tying up a lot of police time, a lot of police time by your
actions, I don't think they will entertain any complaints from you which is why
I haven't been charged yet with anything, but do feel free, try and get me in
court. I'll use court privilege to tell the whole world exactly what you've
been up to for three years, I'm sure they'd love to know, er, I don't mind going
to court if that's the-- if it means I can get my message out. I mean, the way
you are behaving, your group is behaving is basically criminal, you are tying up
police time that needs to be spent on other serious investigations, you are
trying to sabotage investigations I'm doing where I give a lotta help to police
forces, you are quite happy to work on the principle that anyone who's my enemy

people are still making my life utter hell or doing your damnedest to and then
when I get upset and I phone you up you then run off to the police the plain--
complain. That's called being an agent provocateur and the police aren't stupid,
they see what you're all about Kennedy. Now get off my backside will you, get
off my back! Go and harass someone else. Mark Thomas has told you loads of
people to harass, all the directors of Balfour Beatty for a start or erm Menwith
Hill, erm, there's loads of people, erm, Imutron, there's load of companies out
there doing dodgy stuff you can go and harass them - you and your gang on the
Mark Thomas discussion group on the internet just get-- drug-make-- takers and
anarchists and general hooligans. I know you spend all day running your
discussion group, erm, you've got twenty-- two-hundred postings a day, a lot of
them bounce back there's a lot of work for you there, quite knows what Demon
think they're are paying you for I've absolutely no idea, but then that's just a
stupid company we know how useless Demon are they wel-- they must be useless to
employ you for a start I mean Unisys would never have given you the time of day,
