Er, yeah, erm, one thing about Kelly's piece which bothers me, I mean it doesn't
bother me on the journalism side in the slightest I already more or less decided
not to give much more to the Mirror after my run-in with Vernon Coleman, which I
say you know is already in the hands of Private Eye including the tape and
that's probably going up on the internet, I mean all I did was ask the guy to
speak to a journalist on the People, Charlotte, erm, Charlotte was
[asking/after?] me to work with her on a field story in Canada and don't go
phoning her up about this, I mean, it's all history now, erm, which, and I went
off and did all that, and she seemed pretty happy with it, and they even used
some of the stuff I gave them although I never got paid, and then I was told,
erm, when researching a field story [a journo/John?] on London act- on an action
told me to take a look at Huntingdon, I didn't know what Huntingdon was, so I
looked at that, and I tried to get the story into the paper, and I ask-, cause I
knew Vernon was anti-vivesection I asked him if he could, erm, basically have a
word with Charlotte about this, and he got very huffy for some reason, because I
left a message for him to do that, that's all, nothing more, nothing less, I
mean he gets millions of things every week, [garbled] he gives his email address
in his stupid column in the paper
