Just tell your gang of Mark Thomas morons, that I'm absolutely deadly
serious about legal action and certainly PC King is very serious about
all the work he's doing on this, he's done a lot of work and he's got a
pile of printouts, he's been in touch with the, erm, data protection
people, BT liaison officer, erm, all sorts of people, and he's beavering
away, and yeah, he believes that he, er, you know this is going
somewhere, he wouldn't be doing it otherwise.

Also, on the civil side, I have spoken to Katrina, several times, and,
erm, emailed her all sorts of stuff and, erm, you know things are now
moving on the, on the civil side.

Er, I don't know why you people have this kind of idea, that somehow
your list don't count when it comes to the law, that you can do what the
hell you like, you know, it's a, it's a free-for-all, it's a prank.
That's not true, you know if break the law you break the law, if you
break the law in cyberspace, you, it is as much as if you broke it
anywhere else. Erm, any[garbled] who'd written certain things to me in a
letter, in letters would have been done, and the fact that they come to
me via email makes no difference. The fact that people have been
interfering with my BT accounts, have been subscribing me to porn lists,
all the rest of it, you know these are illegal activities and they are
going to be traced and they are going to be nicked. A number of people
on that list are going to be charged, and you know, it's no good then
wingeing it's somehow my fault, if they break the law they the law, I'm
sorry.
